Status
On watchlist — not yet prescribable

Mechanism

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide that promotes actin polymerization, cell migration, and angiogenesis. It upregulates cell-building proteins and has demonstrated accelerated wound healing, reduced inflammation, and cardiac protection in preclinical models.

Indications

Wound and soft-tissue healing
Muscle and tendon recovery
Inflammation reduction
Cardiac tissue repair (preclinical)
