A clinician-guided practice for GLP-1 weight loss, longevity, and recovery. Semaglutide and tirzepatide lead the metabolic path; sermorelin, NAD+, and select peptides round out the broader Northline formulary.

Prelaunch, April 2026
Clear care for people chasing their apex. Northline is a clinician-led practice built around transparency, honest protocols, and elite execution, so you can make measurable progress without the usual noise.
The practice
Three pillars.
One clinical home.
Metabolic
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide — injection and oral. Clinician-titrated, labs included, shipped monthly.
Longevity
The legal longevity stack. Sermorelin, NAD+, B12-MIC, Glutathione. Layered once metabolic care is stable.
Recovery
BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and the broader recovery peptides remain Category 2 today. As the FDA reclassifies, our formulary grows with it — compounders first, new molecules next.
Protocol · Titration
A protocol, loaded
like a training block.
Semaglutide titration curve — weeks 0 to 16. Every dose change is clinician-authored, reviewed against labs, and paced to your tolerance. No template. No auto-escalation.
The formulary
Seven today.
Fourteen on watch.
More as the FDA allows.
In 2023 the FDA moved 19 peptides to Category 2 — ineligible for routine 503A compounding. HHS has signaled intent to restore 14 of them, with more molecules under review. Until reclassification, we prescribe only what’s legal today. Members are first in line the moment it changes.
Cash-pay · no insurance, no surprise fees

Membership covers medication, clinician, labs, and shipping. One flat rate — no surprise fees, no insurance middlemen. Pricing is coming soon — waitlist members will hear first.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prescribed by a licensed clinician based on individual medical necessity. Not all patients qualify. Prescribing decisions are at the clinician’s professional judgment.

Common questions
Before
you sign.
01Is this covered by insurance?+
No. Northline is cash-pay by design. Membership covers the clinician, the medication, the labs (with Quest/Labcorp), and the follow-through. No prior auths, no surprise bills.
02Is the medication compounded?+
Yes. Sourced from 503A pharmacies using APIs from FDA-registered manufacturers, with lot-level third-party testing for potency, sterility, and contamination. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
03Which peptides do you prescribe?+
Today: Sermorelin, NAD+, B12-MIC, Glutathione, Methylene Blue, Lipo-C, L-Carnitine. Not today: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and the other Category 2 peptides — we will not prescribe what cannot be sourced compliantly. Members are the first notified if the FDA reclassifies.
04How do I see a clinician?+
Async-primary pathway: intake, refills, and check-ins happen via written clinical review, which is faster and lets your clinician work through your history carefully. Synchronous video visits are available in AR, DC, DE, KS, MS, NM, RI, WV and any time your clinician schedules one. Sync consults on microdose plans are included at no extra cost.
05What happens if I want to stop?+
Message your care team. They build a taper plan. No cancellation fees, no retention calls. You can request a refund at any time — except on months where medication has already been ordered.
06Do you ship to my state?+
50 states + DC. Waitlist invites are rolling out state-by-state to keep first-visit experience high. Join and you will get a specific launch date for your state.
